Refund policy

At Cordo Shoes, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we've made our return process simple and hassle-free.

Replacement Policy:

  • The product can be replaced within 3 days after the delivery.
  • If you need to replace a product, kindly send it back to the Cordo Shoes warehouse, covering the delivery charges.
  • Please note that items initially sent for replacement are not eligible for a refund. Should you already have a replacement and wish to change the size again, the company may reject the request if the desired size is out of stock. In such instances, no refund will be issued.
  • If a replacement results in a lower-priced product, a coupon for the price difference will be provided for future purchases, but no cash refund will be given.
  • Replacement will not be accepted for items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Refund Procedure:

  • If you need to return a product, kindly send it back to the Cordo Shoes warehouse, covering the delivery charges.

  • For returns due to a change of mind, a deduction of Rs200 for delivery charges and Rs400 for handling charges (covering packing, material, and labor costs) will be applied, with the remaining amount refunded.
  • Claims for refunds must be submitted within 3 working days of delivery; otherwise, the product will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by the warehouse management.
  • Refunds or returns will not be accepted for items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
